Our very good friends who we have known for years are celebrating their engagement so as gift to them we decided to shout them a weekend away at the lake. Trying to choose which one of the numerous lake taupo motel to book for them was something I figured was best left to my girlfriend to take care of. It works out really nicely actually as we just happen to live in Taupo so it’s a great excuse to get them down here so we can catch up with them. I guess I should have mentioned to my girlfriend that we do have a price limit for which ever place she decided on.
