My family seriously needed to consolidate our phone bills.  Thanks to corporate discounts and other various reasons, we were on Three contract mobile phones, that is to say, we had contracts with three different companies and were all using different carriers.  We came to realize that we could see substantial savings, even without our corporate discounts, if we all used the same service and got everyone on the same plan.  It took a few weeks to iron out the kinks, and figure out how many minutes and what kind of texting and data services we needed, but overall we are very happy with the switch and are saving money.
