My favorite food in the whole wide world is tortellini and it shows. Over the past few years, I have packed on twenty pounds. Now I am looking for new ways to make this dish with fewer calories. I thing I am going to do is buy Italian cheeses which are lower in fat than the ones I am currently using. Hopefully I can find a cheese that I love in this dish which won’t cause me to gain weight as quickly. If I use low-fat cheeses and only eat tortellini once a week, I may be able to get my weight under control. We’ll just have to see.
