There are many area residents that don’t think about water damage in Midvale Utah. However, water damage is something that is always thought about by those who have been through a flood before. This is true regardless of where you live. A few years ago, I watched my parents lose all they had worked for because of a flood.In fact, my parents had just paid off their mortgage a month before the flood. They didn’t live near a creek or in a flood zone, but their home flooded nonetheless. As a result, they had to take out a second mortgage to fix the water damage and repair their home. Now, I am reminded of the flood and water damage every time I walk into their home.
