Im one of the fortunate ones that can eat pretty much anything that I want to eat and not gain a ounce. This i my book is a curse. I want to gain lean muscel. It is very difficult to get the mass I need to do this  with. I need to eat all the time. I must never be hungy. If you are hungry then you are burning you muscel. 6 Small meals a day is good for me. It is plenty of food to keep me in hte food but some times it just seems like it is too much.  I dig a healthy breakfast.
