The large toe articulation of the feet is an extremely fundamental joint meant for running. One’s body progresses it rolls above this great toe joint as the digital continues on the floor. Imagine that if that articulation would not move, after that moving forward will be hard. A variety of circumstances impact the hallux joint preventing this from moving accurately. One of these is a situation that is labeled functional hallux limitus. It is a restriction of the motion in the joint when functioning only. It has a usual range of motion any time non-weight bearing. As a result, it is really difficult in order to diagnose becasue it is just present when weight bearing.
