My daughter Margie and her husband Mike were wanting to move to the outside of town, since they were trying to start a family. Mike said the area we were referencing to would be a safe place to raise kids. Margie added that they would qualify for a USDA loan since they were opting for a rural area. I said I was happy for the two of them and I could not wait to start holding my future grand-babies. They said they would grant me my wish as soon as possible but first they needed to find a house to raise these future kids.
