Free Amazon Kindles for Amazon Prime Subscribers?
Computers and Technology February 28th. 2010, 9:47amI saw a few blog posts a couple of weeks ago which suggested that Amazon were considering giving a free Amazon kindle reader to subscribers to the Amazon Prime service (premium delivery service). Admittedly it was obviously a bit of a slow news day – but the idea may not be as fanciful as it first appears. The Kindle 2.0, for example, although only a year old, is possibly coming to the end of its life. It’s not out of the question that Amazon could ship out a few of the last ones as freebies for new sign ups to their Prime service.
